Step 2.Multi-Portal Scan
We automatically scan all major Swiss housing portals on your behalf at regular intervals, so you never miss a listing.
Searches run on autopilot — no action required after setup.
Step 3.AI Scoring & Reasoning
Every listing is scored 0-10 by an AI agent that reads the full ad text, compares it to your personal prompt, and writes a short reason explaining the fit — including pros and cons.
No black-box ranking. You see exactly why each flat scored the way it did.
Step 4.Dedup & Filtering
Duplicate listings across portals are merged. Temporary sublets, swaps, or listings that don't meet your hard constraints are flagged or filtered out.
Only genuinely relevant results make it through.
Step 5.Email Digest Delivered
You receive an email with all new matches, ranked by score. Each listing includes the AI reason, key facts (rent, rooms, area, address), pros/cons, and a direct link to the original ad.
